K, So I'm rather excited about this! I LOVE Brad Paisley (cause he wants to check me for ticks) & Love Miranda Lambert even more!! They are preforming together at the Hard Rock in Vegas Feb 20th and I AM GOING w/ my BFF Arles!! The last time Arli and I went to see Brad together there was some drama, I'm not gonna mention any names but all I'm gonna say is... TADA! (YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN ARLES) Anyway, I know this concert will be even better and I can't wait.. 23 days and counting!!

We went to Beaver for Easter and it was so much fun. When we first got there my mom asked us to go to the store to grab some things and they had these darling little "Kai size" shopping carts, he loved them.

When we got back to my moms we ate soooo much yummy food (my mom always goes above and beyond) and hung out with my cousins. Kai got a new fishing pole from Poppa Jeff and Nanny Jo. He wasn't quite sure what to do with it so he went around poking everyone with it. He's too funny.

Later in the day we did an easter egg hunt in the back yard. Kai lost interest quickly once he saw Poppa Jeff feeding the cows and horses, he HAD to help. After they got done feeding Poppa Jeff took Kai on a tractor ride (it's really a bobcat but it's yellow and goes so its a tractor!)

So there's this BOY

he calls me MOM

So I have had my blog for quite sometime now... since October to be exact and I haven't posted one single thing! I just keep waiting for something fun and exciting to happen to share for my first post but nothing very exciting ever happens in my life. So, I was sitting here tonight watching Kai do a puzzle and I was thinking about how much I love him and how he has made me a better person so I decided to do my first post about him!

Kai was born December 26, 2006 (Christmas baby!) He was in the NICU for the first week of his life because he needed a blood transfusion and had pneumonia. We brought him home with oxygen tanks that he was on for 6 weeks. Ever since he has been a strong healthy boy. He just recently turned two and I can't believe it has gone by so fast. He is so smart and lovable! He is the sweetest little boy and loves everyone. He goes to the best daycare in Saint George and loves it. He loves Meghan and her kids! He has taught me how to be patient and love unconditionally. I truly am blessed to have him in my life. I don't know where I would be without him.
